The Cholmondeley Arms is a pub set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside near to Cholmondeley Castle. Dating back to 1862 the pub use to be a School on Lord Cholmondeley’s Estate and was converted in 1988. The pub still maintains many of its original features and creates a charming and characterful place to visit.
The pub also has six en-suite bedrooms situated in the Headmasters House opposite the pub.

If you like Gin then you’ll love the Cholmondeley Arms, with 366 to choose from there is one for every day of the year. If gin isn’t your thing then they have plenty of local ales that are brewed with 35 miles of the pub and a good selection of wines, beers and spirits.
Menu
The menu is quintessentially English and includes such truly flavoursome favourites as ‘Our Traditional Pub Plate to share’, ‘Devilled Kidneys on toast’ or for your main meal the ‘Hand crafted Steak and Kidney pie’ perhaps followed by Tom’s Sticky Toffee Pudding! All food is sourced from Locallly Artisan Bakers, Farmers, Butchers and Cheesemakers and seafood is delivered fresh on a daily basis. Also every Sunday there is a roast to choose from.
