Cheshire Oaks is now back open after the coronavirus. The opening hours are currently Monday to Friday, 10am-8pm Saturday, 9am-8pm, 10am-8pm Sunday (larger stores 11am-5pm) & Bank Holidays 9am – 8pm. We recommend to visit weekdays before 11am or after 4pm for a quieter shopping experience.

Cheshire Oaks Children’s Play Area
On August 10th 2021 a brand new £1.4m children’s play area has opened at Cheshire Oaks. Based in the food quarter near the recently opened Mowgli restaurant the play area features climbing frames inside towers, mini trampolines and various slides. The attraction caters for children up to the age of 12.

Christmas At Cheshire Oaks
The Winter Village
Join Cheshire Oaks this festive season at their Winter Village and book one of their magical Christmas huts. Enjoy traditional German bratwurst from the swing grill, warm up with mulled wine at the bar and relax and marvel at the UK’s tallest Christmas tree in Northern England – It’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Christmas spirit with loved ones after a day of gift shopping.
Each hut accommodates up to 6 people and can be pre-booked for one hour for a £10 deposit, there is £25 minimum spend per group (please note deposits will be deducted from this but are non-refundable).
Please note: Huts can only be booked 3 days in advance. Due to high demand, please allow 72 hours for the team to contact you via email to confirm if your booking enquiry can be accommodated.
The Big Wheel
Take a ride on The Big Wheel this Christmas and simply sit back, relax and enjoy watching the festivities unfold below you. Each flight takes 10 minutes and tickets can be purchased on the day of your visit.
Upgrade your flight and book Santa in The Sky and gift your little ones an experience they’ll never forget with their very own Private Pod with Santa and his Elves (The Santa in The Sky experience must be booked prior to your visit).

Santa In The Sky
No festive visit to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is complete without meeting Santa – and this year is no different! Join Santa and his trusty Elves on this fantastical adventure through the sky on their all-new Big Wheel each weekend throughout December.
Their unique Santa in The Sky experience is the perfect way to celebrate Christmas as a family this winter, and make memories to last you a lifetime. Your ticket will include 4 spaces on the flight with Santa and his Elves, a mulled wine or hot chocolate and a festive cookie which can be redeemed at The Winter Village.
Tickets are now on sale, and must be pre-booked for the Santa in the Sky Experience. Each flight takes 10 minutes, and tickets are available from 10am – 1pm.

Cheshire Oaks is easily accessible by car, and directions are clearly marked with signs on the M53. If you’re travelling from Manchester, leave the M56 at junction 15 for the M53 ‘Ellesmere Port’. Then exit the M53 at Junction 10 pointing towards to the ‘Outlet Village’. Travelling from Liverpool? Again just exit the M53 at Junction 10. From here simply follow the signs for Cheshire Oaks and you’ll find ample free parking adjacent to the Designer Outlet. To find us using Sat Nav, enter CH65 9JJ.
Public Transport Directions
Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is well served by two buses. The number 1 operated by Stagecoach runs between Chester and Liverpool, 7 days a week, up to every 20 minutes with regular evening buses too The X8 operated by Stagecoach runs a limited stop fast service between Chester City Centre, Chester Rail Station, Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port Town Centre and Rail Station and Liverpool, 7 days a week, up to every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday and hourly on Sundays. Ellesmere Port and Chester Railway Stations are both within a short taxi ride of Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. Ellesmere Port Railway Station is situated five minutes away, with Chester Railway Station about 15 minutes away. Alternatively, visitors arriving to the Chester Railway Station can then take a train to Bache, followed by the number 1 bus, which stops at the Designer Outlet.

The spaces are situated very near to the shops but disabled access is also available for badge holders, and there are limited child parking spaces.
