Bowman Lodge Chester is a family-run B&B in the historic city of Chester. Known for its Roman walls, cobbled streets and Tudor buildings, Chester’s city centre is around 20 minutes’ walk away, and the train station is within a 10-minute walk.
All rooms at the Bed & Breakfast have a TV, tea and coffee facilities and most have en suite bathrooms. The property has a homely style and dates back to the Victorian era.
A full English breakfast is made each morning, with cereal, juice, toast, scrambled eggs and tea and coffee. The guest house can cater for special dietary requirements if advised in advance.
Offering limited, first-come-first-served private parking, Bowman Lodge is close to many of the area’s attractions. Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium at Ellesmere Port are less than 10 minutes’ drive, as is the city’s Grosvenor Museum.
