This year, Exeter Christmas Market takes place from November 15th until December 15th 2024. Set outside Exeter’s beautiful Cathedral Devon’s biggest Christmas Market will have over 100 festive stalls selling local West Country Produce and gifts.
The stalls will be open between the following times:
- Monday to Wednesday – 10am till 7pm
- Thursday to Saturday – 10am till 9pm
- Sunday – 11am till 5pm
Taking place on Exeter’s famous Cathedral green, The Christmas Market has a wonderful atmosphere, set among a labyrinth of winding lanes that are covered with fairy lights. You will discover something for everyone with local gifts and produce, themed bars, seasonal entertainment, global street food and free entry into the historic Exeter Cathedral. It is free entry to the Market. Enjoy delicious global street food, served from pop-up restaurants, cafes and bars.

Booking.comExeter-based cocktail venue, Dr Inks, will be setting up a special themed bar tent, while the main bar will be run by Exmouth-based brewery, Crossed Anchors, who will be creating a Cathedral Beer. Also new for this year is the introduction of more live entertainment on the Green, with a full schedule of local musicians and entertainers, as well as traditional seasonal singing from the Exeter Cathedral Choir.
The popular Global Street Food Village will return with flavours from around the world, including authentic French, Moroccan, Indian and Nepali dishes.
