Located in Hoole is without doubt one of the best Chinese, if not the best Chinese restaurant in Chester. The Shanghai is very popular with local Hoole residents and non-Hoole visitors alike. You will need to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
The food is of the highest quality. Choose any of the Banquets on offer and you will not be disappointed. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Also, you will find that the drinks prices are reasonable as well for a restaurant.
