Over 20 years ago entrepreneur Jason Ellison opened the doors of Chez Jules and introduced the authentic taste of French cuisine to the city of Chester. Whilst travelling throughout France, Jason developed his love for the French bistro culture and the model of a hand written daily changing menu which became a first in Chester. From here, Jason was inspired by the rustic restaurants and cafés sat on the corners of many quaint Parisian streets. With soft lighting, wooden tables and chic aesthetic, Chez Jules creates a comfortable dining environment and an unrivalled atmosphere.
