The beautiful canalside restaurant is perfect for any occasion. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a celebration with Loved ones. It is open for Lunch and Dinner Monday to Sunday. Every Friday in the Canaletto Restaurant is Steak Night where you can purchase a steak from the steak night menu and receive a FREE 250ml glass of house wine. All steaks are served with homemade chips, along with your choice of sauce: Woodland Mushroom, Madeira Wine or Au Poivre Sauce. The following steaks are available to choose from:

Cruise/Boat
See Chester from a unique perspective. The Hotel’s Restaurant Cruiser sets sail for four course & coffee lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
All food served aboard the Lunch and Dinner Cruises are freshly prepared in the Hotel’s kitchen. The starters are served as you sail away along the Shropshire Union Canal towards the Northgate Lock. The main course is then served as you continue your cruise to Hoole Lane Lock and beyond, before returning to the hotel where your voyage ends.
Seating up to 50 people, the cruiser has a licensed bar and is available for exclusive use and private hire subject to availability.
