Backford Belles Jersey Ice Cream is a family run ice cream farm based on the outskirts of Chester in Cheshire, north west England.
They have an ice cream parlour and coffee shop on a quiet farm which is nestled between Chester and the Wirral.
We’re not far from the M56, M53 and North wales, our ice cream farm is just 5 minutes drive from Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. Making us the perfect family destination, a great day out for kids or perfect for a quiet coffee.
Unlike other ice cream parlours we make our delicious, luxury Ice cream from the freshest Jersey milk from our very own herd of cows.
Jersey milk is especially suited to ice cream making as it has a higher percentage of cream and protein which results in a richer final product with a unique luxurious texture.
