The 2 AA Rosettes award winning (2023) restaurant is known for its use of foraged, sustainable British fare. The Forge hosts 70-seats, a cocktail bar, private dining room and showcases an open kitchen where you will see the chefs cook your food over local forest wood and charcoal.
The restaurant aim is to cook with locally reared meat and fish from sustainable fisheries, where possible. The meat is even aged on the premises. If you enjoy an alcoholic drink you will find signature drinks created by the head mixologist.
