This year, Rochester Christmas Market takes place from November 25th until December 10th 2024. Set in the spectacular Rochester Castle gardens, the Christmas markets are held over three consecutive weekends. It’s the ideal place to search for that special gift and stocking fillers by wandering around the many craft and trade stalls. Food and drink stalls are available to purchase hot and cold beverages, mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and much more.
The stalls will open between the following times:
- Saturday 25th November and Sunday 26th November: 10am to 6pm
- Friday 1st December: 12pm to 8pm
- Saturday 2nd December and Sunday 3rd December: 10am to 7pm
- Friday 8th December: 12pm to 8pm
- Saturday 9th December and Sunday 10th December: 10am to 6pm.

Booking.comThere will be plenty of market stalls that will be selling hand-made xmas decorations, wreaths, gifts and ornaments. There will also be a great selection of food and drink producers from local businesses including artisan chocolate, cheese, jam and chutneys.
After you’re all shopped out, treat yourself to some delicious festive food and drink. The Bavarian food village is a where you will find German bratwurst sausages, a hog roast and churros as well ask plenty of German beer and mulled wine.
