The 1699 Brasserie

The Townhouse Hotel Chester is excited to announce the launch of the 1699 Bar & Brasserie, a stylish restaurant in Chester.

Our menu has been created by Executive Chef Jamie Leon and Head Chef Carl Powell who both want to ensure that diners receive only the very best fresh local produce. The British lead menu was created to offer a taste of the best local Cheshire ingredients.

Guests can dine in our beautiful Chester restaurant, relaxing lounge area or can dine alfresco in our secret garden, offering the main 1699 restaurant menu and a bar snacks menu for those guests looking for a lighter dining option.
